Lionel House

About this project

Our Lionel House project consisted of brick faced GRC panels, as well as GRC plinths and feature panels.

Logistically, and because of the city centre location, this project was incredibly challenging.

With individual corner panels weighing in excess of 1 tonne, offloading and distribution had to be very carefully considered. All panels had to be positioned with bespoke clamps and pulleys, then installed using monorails and powered winches.

  • Location: Birmingham
  • Project Value: £2M
